Discovery Institute issues new study that finds need for regulatory reform in states

The Discovery Institute recently released a study of 9 southeastern states that found that a legacy of regulation in the states can actually restrict competition in the telecommunications market. The authors of the study argue that by reforming some of the current regulations that apply to the telecommunications market, these states could pave the way for economic and technological opportunities in their states.
